Purpose

Each member plays a pivotal role in shaping this environment, contributing to the creation of a safe and respectful space where everyone feels valued and includead.

To uphold these principles, we have established Community Policies designed to ensure that everso remains a welcoming platform free from discrimination, violence, deception, or any other harmful behavior. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by our Code of Conduct outlined in these Community Policies.”


Code of Conduct
Below are the community guidelines that apply to any and all user communications on the everso app. All user communications must in their entirety comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, and regulations. In addition to legal requirements, user communications must adhere to the following standards. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in being banned from Everso.

  • Ethical Behavior and Conduct: Everso users agree to communicate with and treat others with respect, professionalism, and courtesy at all times. Everso maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment, intimidation, use of offensive language, or discrimination based upon one’s race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, age, religion, or other characteristics. App users are barred from sending or publishing any material on the app that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable. This restriction also applies to any display of nudity and other explicit content on a user’s profile and user’s profile may be banned at our In addition, sending links that may contain explicit content or nudity will result in being banned from the app.
  • Everso users further agree not to upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents; upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer; advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such Communication Service specifically allows such messages; conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
  • Professionalism: Everso users agree to maintain the highest standard of professionalism in all interactions while using the app. Users shall refrain from any sort of behavior that is harmful or threatening to another user. Everso users are prohibited from impersonating another individual or misrepresenting their identity or affiliation with another person or organization. Catfishing or misrepresenting oneself is also strictly prohibited. The use of any images showcasing violence are not allowed.
  • Everso user must be at least 18 years of age or older to sign up and enroll in everso for either of the two subscription models. Everso shall not be held liable for any misrepresentation of age by users. By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Platform. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this Platform.
  • Inappropriate Accounts: Any account that the everso staff deems to be for a financial arrangement is strictly prohibited and everso has a right to remove any such account we feel is intended to be for any such This includes accounts which ask to be “spoiled” and may be determined by words, abbreviations, or emojis that everso feels is implying this arrangement. Everso also does not tolerate using its app for affair connections, cheating, or any other form of sexually related relationship that is not for the purpose of authentically connecting.
  • Scammer and Fraud: Any user account that asks for any kind of payment or reimbursement from another is strictly prohibited. This applies to the use of payments for any type of illicit conduct. Any user account engaged in this activity will be subject to permanent removal from the app. Any users partaking in any kind of illicit behavior will be immediately banned from the We reserve the right to review any messages sent on the app if we believe any behavior of this nature has occurred.
  • Spam or Fake Any user account that we suspect as being a fake, or a copy of another person or account or a recreation of a previously banned or removed account, may be banned and removed by us.
  • Hate or Political Content. Any kind of hate speech or derogatory comments to any users can result in being banned from the app. If you experience any hate speech, please report such immediately to everso.
  • Confidentiality: App users agree to respect the confidentiality and privacy of others and not disclose or share any confidential or proprietary information obtained through the everso app without the proper authorization.
  • Reporting Violations: App users are strongly encouraged to report any violations of this Code of Conduct to everso app administrators, providing relevant details and evidence to assist in any such investigation. Everso take all allegations of any such misconduct very seriously and will work diligently to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Compliance with Law: Everso app users are expected to comply with applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. Any illegal activity or attempt to engage in engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or malicious actions are strictly prohibited.
  • Moderation and Enforcement: Everso is deeply committed to uphold these Community Guidelines and any user account found in violation of any of the aforementioned actions will be subject to warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent removal from the everso
